Compsognathus sculp. 4 - baked

She is now finished! Well, as far as the sculpting goes. A couple little hiccups happened - there were a few splits when she was baking, which are what those lighter lines on her side are. But I filled them in and you'll never be able to tell once she's painted. And the edges of the ground contracted and lifted a bit, which I hadn't anticipated. I'm not sure what to do about that... but it's not a huge problem. She got pretty burnt on the ends as you can see, but thankfully there were no bubbles of air in the clay, so nothing got distorted at all in the heat. The teeth feel much stronger than I hoped, so everything turned out well!

Hopefully I can get her painted quickly on my days off, and maybe I'll have my last picture to post tomorrow
