Anatomy Study by bronze-dragonrider Anatomy Study by bronze-dragonrider
I wasn't that satisfied with my last attempt at a figure study, so I wanted to redo it. But since I tend to draw muscles more defined than should be beneath skin, I decided I'd take the easy way out and just do the muscles  But I got even more lazy and didn't feel like doing symmetrical muscles, so the other half I did just the skeleton :D It may have been a cop-out, but I think it works.

Mostly done without aid, but I did use some references to touch up the more intricate bones and muscle groups, especially in the lower arms and legs, and face.

WOW. Your grasp of anatomy, and ability to represent it, is fantastic. I really enjoy your studies of the human figure.

And your drawings of dragons and fire lizards are also very beautiful and very detailed. *applause*

Very fascinating and well drawn. If you ever make another, you may want to make the body less thick with longer arms and legs.
